Literature, in its broadest sense, is any single body of written works as an art form. It can also be in the form of poetry, prose, short story, novel and drama. Literature, in all its forms can be seen as a written records, whether fictional or non-fictional, it is still possible to decipher facts through things like character’s actions and words or the author’s style of writing and the intent behind the words.
PhD in literature aims to facilitate and offer tutoring in research in different areas of literary theory and practice and the most recent methods of its application in comparative literature.
